Returns and Exchanges

Our focus is to ensure we meet the needs of our customers with great satisfaction. As part of our service, items can be returned or exchanged under the following conditions:

• Please contact us at lesecteur86@gmail.com with your request and order details.
• Most of our products are made to order so Item/s are only returnable if faulty or an incorrect order. Change of mind returns are not acceptable.
• The order needs to be returned within 7 days after parcel delivered.
• All items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. The item/s must be kept in original packaging as you received it and returned back to us by post or physical drop off. Once we receive the item/s, we will assess it before processing your request. The exchanged item shipping will be free of charge if approved.

For a smooth process, please ensure all instructions above have been followed otherwise we will have the right to reject your request.
